What happens if a tenant fails to pay rent on time?

 We have a clear rent collection process outlined in the lease agreement. If a tenant fails to pay rent on time, we follow legal procedures which can include late payment fees, payment reminders, and, in extreme cases, eviction proceedings.

How do you handle property maintenance and repairs?

 We have a dedicated maintenance team that handles all property maintenance tasks, from routine checks to emergency repairs. We also employ an efficient system to track and respond to repair requests promptly.

What is your fee structure?
